SamCart is one of those shopping cart platforms that stands out from the rest. As an affiliate you can make nice commissions with the SamCart affiliate program. Rather than being a typical shopping cart with hundreds of products or a multi-page sales funnel, SamCart is focused on the one-page sales page.
SamCart is a web-based shopping cart platform that creates one-page websites that showcases your product, offers 1-click upsells, subscriptions, and payment plans with a checkout form on one page.
It is an awesome eCommerce solution for anyone that has a product to sell. It removes the need for using a standard shopping cart platform for multiple products or building an unnecessary sales funnel.
The SamCart affiliate program is a good option if you want to target the eCommerce niche.

How SamCart Works
When I initially came across SamCart I had no idea what it was or how it was different from any other shopping cart.
Thankfully, I somehow ended up watching a video run by co-founder Brian Moran that explained SamCart perfectly.
Once I understood its features and how it works, I was impressed. I even created my own SamCart review. Like many people, I got caught up in the sales funnel software and believed it was the best way for selling products.
What makes SamCart different is that it sells using one page. You get to highlight your product, add a 1-click upsell, have a payment plan option if you want, as well as offer subscriptions.
Think of it this way. Rather than having a store that can sell hundreds of products or a multi-step sales funnel that you really don’t need, you have a one-page sales page with the checkout form at the bottom of the page.
Personally, I think it is an effective way to sell. It simplifies the selling process which can actually help to sell more.
What is nice is that SamCart is drag-and-drop and easy for anyone to use. There are tons of features and it is simple to add or remove a feature with a few clicks.
My SamCart Affiliate Program Review
I signed up for the SamCart affiliate program several months ago. I didn’t actively promote it but I did create a YouTube video review which has generated a couple of commissions as pictured below:
The commissions are nice at 40%. The sign up process was easy and there is an approval process. However, I was approved pretty quickly. The affiliate dashboard is user-friendly and they offer several affliate links to various landing pages.
The only thing I don’t like about the affiliate program is the long withholding period for commissions. Most of the affiliate programs I am a part of have a 30-day holding period for refunds.
SamCart’s holding period is 45 days. It isn’t a big deal if you are generating a lot of leads and getting a lot of conversions. They don’t offer much details on their affiliate page so I had to track this information down myself.
At first, I reached out to customer support. When I contacted support, I asked when commissions are paid and how long is the holding period. I wanted to know a time-frame for each.
Customer support replied and the only answer I got was, “it is a 40% commission”.
My questions were not answered so I turned to the affiliate marketing terms and conditions page, you know the page hardly anyone ever really reads. That is where I found out about the 45-day holding period.
They pay commissions using PayPal mass pay. Once your commissions reach the 45-day holding period, you can expect to receive your payment a few days after.
How To Promote SamCart as an Affiliate
SamCart offers an excellent solution for anyone who that has a product to sell. I’ve seen SamCart utilized by course creators and other digital product creators.
It makes the checkout process super simple while highlighting the product at the same time. To me, it is a no muss, no fuss way of selling.
Therefore, your target audience will likely be product creators but you can niche it down to digital product creators if you wanted to.
Although I am not a SamCart user, simply creating a YouTube video discussing its features generated a couple of commissions.
Imagine if you actually use SamCart yourself the types of conversions that you can get. Genuine user reviews always convert well.
How I Would Make Consistent Sales with Promoting SamCart
As you may already know with affiliate marketing, there are a number of ways that you can promote affiliate products.
However, my favorite way is by creating a niche website. A niche website is a website that focuses on one topic. In essence, it is a blog and it means creating helpful content on a consistent basis.
When I took affiliate marketing seriously, I created a WordPress website for the purpose of making money online.
I had no clue how to do it but I knew I wanted to find a legitimate affiliate marketing training program. I found this one and it helped me to make tremendous progress in my online business.
The Digital Product Creation Niche
I’d likely create my niche website around the product creation niche. I would register a domain name and set up web hosting (I use WPX Hosting), then install WordPress using 1-click installation (most hosting providers offer this.)
Then I’d start doing keyword research related to creating digital products. I would create helpful content to help answer the questions of this niche.
In the process, I would recommend SamCart as a solution within my content and link to it with my affiliate link.
The key is to create helpful content regularly, at a minimum, 1 to 2 times per week. After about 6 months time, this website should be receiving some traffic and able to make a few sales per month.
There is a bit more to learn to help ensure the best success, but that is the niche website content creation process in a nutshell.
My Closing Thoughts On The SamCart Affiliate Program
Overall, I really like what SamCart offers. I feel that it is an ideal shopping cart solution for anyone with a product. I even feel that it would work great for dropshippers that want to sell one product.
I don’t particularly like the 45-day hold on commissions but with consistent promotion, that may not be a big deal as you make more commissions.
I would promote SamCart using a niche website and also creating more YouTube user videos.
Niche websites are how I make consistent affiliate commissions each month. It is the best way to build an online business as an affiliate marketer.
You can make commissions while you’re sleeping, eating, shopping, or relaxing with your family.
There is a small learning curve but it is easy to learn. I recommend following the same step-by-step training program I used.
I am still a part of this training platform and I use it today to help others one-on-one with creating their own niche websites.
